Location: Marischal College/Home Working
Duration: Full Time, Fixed Term up up to 01/05/24
Job Purpose:
As a member of the Community Planning Team you will support the Community Planning Partnership in the design, development and delivery of the Aberdeen City Local Outcome Improvement Plan and Improvement Programme 2021-23.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification(s) / Certificates / Memberships etc. required:
A degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Responsibilities
As a minimum, demonstrate skills and experience in:
- Experience of coordinating the contributions of internal and external stakeholders to deliver a project or programme
- Demonstrable project and project management skills
- Proven written and verbal communication skills tailored to a range of audiences
- Excellent report writing skills and experience of producing publicly accessible information
- Excellent and developed interpersonal skills with experience of forging new relationships with others at all levels of organisation both within Aberdeen City Council and with external partners
- Ability to meet deadlines and organisational priorities
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team;
- Experience of operating in in a multi-agency and or multi-disciplinary environment
