Location: Aberdeen Art Gallery/Marischal College
Duration: Fixed Term - 51 weeks from start date
The post is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the fundraising programmes for the Capital Campaign in support of Aberdeen Art Gallery. The post holder will also devise and manage the programmes to generate continuing philanthropic revenue to support the work of the Art Gallery and Cowdray Hall on completion of the Capital Campaign.
The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:
Educated to 2 year HND level in an appropriate subject such as Marketing or Public Relations
The post holder needs to demonstrate:
Some fundraising experience or similar experience in a marketing or sales context, but looking to build a career in fundraising;
Experience of effective project management with excellent organisational and administrative skills;
Experience of producing publications, print and working with social media;
Experience of organizing successful events and management of the logistics to ensure high quality
Understanding and experience of financial systems and budget monitoring
An interest visual arts, music and heritage
