Location : Oldmachar Academy
Duration: Permanent, Full Time - Term Time
To assist with the provision of administrative and clerical support within secondary schools, financial and administrative duties in accordance with corporate and school procedures.
PVG Membership for Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults or willingness to obtain prior to a formal offer of employment being made.
The post holder will be expected to:
Operate relevant Management Information Systems and a variety of IT packages in accordance with corporate and school procedures.
Assist School Administrator with financial duties.
Provide general administrative and clerical support as directed.
Undertake frontline reception duties as and when required.
