Job Description

We require 8 Customer Service Advisors to be responsible for delivering excellent frontline service for our Contact Centre calls, and providing a face to face service within Service Points.  

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

The Contact Centre and Service Points are open from 08:45 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.  

We have full time and part time hours available. The working pattern of the part time posts is to be agreed.

This post has a minimum requirement of one reference which must be your current or most recent employer.
