Job Description

We require 6 Customer Service Advisors to be responsible for delivering excellent frontline service for our Contact Centre calls, and providing a face to face service within Service Points.  

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

The Contact Centre and Service Points are open from 08:45 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.  

The posts will be located at Peterhead, Huntly and Banff.

We have the following posts available:

4 x Full time (36.25 hours) fixed term posts until 31/12/22
1 x Full time (36.25 hours) fixed term post until 30/09/22
1 x Part time (23 hours) fixed term post until 31/12/22
