Applications are invited for the post of PA/Secretary within the Environment & Infrastructure Service initially home working but will be based within the Marr Area Manager's Office at School Road, Alford.
Principal duties will include the provision of secretarial and administrative support to the Marr Area Manager and organising a busy office. The successful candidate will have the ability to work with the minimum of supervision and have excellent organisational, secretarial skills, financial administration and liaise with people at all levels. Proficient in use of Microsoft, effective communication skills, experienced minute taker and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
