Job Description

Property & Facilities Management have vacancies for up to four Clerk of Works within their Architecture team.

Reporting to the Senior Property Clerk of Works within the Property & Facilities Management (P&FM) service, you will ensure that on-site work is carried out in compliance with Council’s standards, drawings, specification, and schedules and that the correct materials and workmanship to achieve the required quality and value for money across the full range of project types and scales is delivered.  This role also provides a service giving technical and practical advice to other property disciplines, client departments and external clients.

We require experienced construction tradesmen that have the practical knowledge to inspect a wide range of installations across all our project types.  The vacancies are primarily for those with a general building background but due to the scale of projects in development, serious consideration will be given to expanding the mechanical engineering and electrical engineering Clerk of Works teams as part of this exercise.
