An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership as Chief Officer. This is a permanent post that will lead one of the most integrated Health and Social Care Partnerships in Scotland in one of its most beautiful and diverse areas.

An inspirational, motivated and experienced leader, you will lead fully integrated, talented, dedicated teams of health and social care colleagues in transforming our services. You will direct the design and delivery of integrated services to meet the changing needs of our 88,000+ population, who live in our towns, rural communities and on 23 inhabited islands. You will have a strong track record in driving culture change and delivering high performance.

Playing a valued and vital role in delivering integrated health and social care services that work for the people who need them, you will be working in one of Scotland’s most beautiful and inspiring regions.

As the Integrated Joint Board’s strategic lead, you will be accountable to the IJB and to the Chief Executives of both Argyll and Bute Council and NHS Highland. With strong communication, engagement and partnership skills, you will be central to ensuring that the HSCP works closely with our communities to deliver the services that they need.

You will enjoy a ‘best of both worlds’ lifestyle, with beaches, mountains and stunning scenery to enjoy and Scotland’s biggest city, Glasgow, in close proximity.

As our Chief Officer you will matter in the life of Argyll and Bute. If you can motivate others to succeed, and are committed to excellence in service delivery, we would love to hear from you.
