Property Services are looking to recruit a Property Maintenance Manager to develop, manage and deliver an efficient and effective reactive Emergency Maintenance Service and Planned Maintenance/Asbestos Management Programmes across the Council, ensuring best value is delivered to service users by providing safe, efficient, fit for purpose buildings that meet all statutory requirements with minimised utilities’ consumption.
The postholder will have staffing responsibility for 6 team members including Property Maintenance Officers, Property Maintenance Assistants, Statutory Compliance Officers and Clerical/Administrative members of staff. Additionally the postholder will have budgetary responsibility for Emergency Maintenance/Planned Maintenance/Asbestos Management Budgets, as set annually by Council.
