A vacancy has arisen for the right person to join the Adult Services Area Team in Oban and Lorn.
In this role you will require commitment to the organisation’s vision, values and strategic objectives, with direct line management of the Home Care Procurement Team. You must be able to develop and progress the resources within the local area, taking a Community Based Assets approach to deliver best value in a challenging economic climate.
You will work within national and organisational guidelines including Assessment and Case Management Framework and Lean Methodology. You will be capable of building strong relationships and working within a multidisciplinary team, set and achieve targets and outcomes for individuals and the community.
You will require excellent communication, analytical and decision making skills in a rapidly changing environment. You will liaise with partner organisations, colleagues and community members on all levels.
The role is integral in developing and monitoring of quality assurance in partnership with Commissioning and Procurement colleagues.
You will promote equality and inclusion for all through clear action and demonstration. You will require resilience with an open and transparent approach inclusive of all community members.
