The role of a Business Manager is to support the Headteacher in all non-curricular aspects of school management, ensuring these aspects operate effectively, including Finance, HR, Information Governance, Resources, Facilities, Information Technology and Health and Safety and the successful candidate should have experience in some or all of these areas. Experience of leading support services in an educational setting or other public organisation is desirable however we welcome applications from managers who have successfully led large teams in a busy customer facing business.

The Business Manager is the operational problem solver in a school and this role will appeal to those who would like their career to make a difference to the lives of others.
