Business Support Administrator
Screen Education Edinburgh, Ferry Road Avenue 

Salary: £19,424 - £21,828
Hours: 36 per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to work as part of the team at Screen Education Edinburgh (SEE) one of Scotland's leading providers of high-quality film learning, training and production programmes that develop skills, knowledge and opportunities for young people, adult learners, schools, communities and film talent.

The post will have key duties and responsibilities covering SEE’s premises, reception, communication and correspondence, data entry and management, procurement, financial processes, and administrative support to staff and learners.

The successful applicant will be required to have good organisational skills, excellent IT skills, good communication skills and work well as part of a team along with the ability to work autonomously.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range. For roles in grade 5 or above, annual increments in our contribution zones are dependent on achieving agreed performance goals.

Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by the City of Edinburgh Council.
