Salary: £21,697 - £21,979
Hours: 36 per week
7am to 2:57pm - 45 minute unpaid break
Membership of the Local Government Pension Fund and employee benefits package.
The individual should be prepared to work in all weather using a barrow or electric pedestrian sweeper.
Lone working is a requirement at any location within the city.
Responsible for removing waste including but not exhaustively litter, bulk item uplifts leaves, faeces, needles, fly tipping & dead animals from streets and open spaces using the appropriate supplied equipment. The servicing of litter bins and reporting of significant cleansing issues.
Dealing with weather emergencies and seasonal variations and events.
