This role is based in the Mixed Tenure Improvement Services (MTIS) team, which provides engagement services to help owners in mixed tenure properties repair and maintain shared areas of properties with multiple ownership and supports the Surveying function during repair projects.
The postholder will support the Finance & Performance Manager (FPM) and the Quantity Surveyor (QS) in leading and managing the provision of administration and finance services within the MTIS.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range. For roles in grade 5 or above, annual increments in our contribution zones are dependent on achieving agreed performance goals.
