The City of Edinburgh Council has an ambitious house building programme delivering quality, energy efficient homes across the City for people on low to moderate incomes.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Development and Regeneration team who are seeking performance driven Construction Project Managers with property-related experience to join a team committed to supporting delivery of much needed housing across the City.

As a project manager within the team, you will be involved in all aspects of development from stakeholder and community engagement to procurement of contractors, managing consultants, contractors and handover of new homes.
You will be responsible for project scoping, producing design briefs, risk and financial management, working with Senior Project Managers to deliver on the Council’s regeneration objectives.

If you enjoy new opportunities and challenges and have the skills to work as part of an established team, we would love to hear from you.

We're committed to creating a workplace culture where all our people feel valued, included and able to be their best at work, and we recognise the benefits that a diverse workforce with different values, beliefs, experience, and backgrounds brings to us as an organisation.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
