St Andrew’s Fox Covert RC Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join our permanent full time teaching team from January 2021.

We welcome applications from candidates who will ensure every learner at St Andrew’s develops the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to demonstrate four key capacities – to be successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors. Employing innovate, enriching and enjoyable learning experiences both in and beyond the classroom is an essential part of the position. You will be expected to contribute to the wider life of the school, work with parents and professional partners and be an active member of our staff team. In return, we offer a welcoming, supportive work place and numerous opportunities to develop as a professional.

Our school benefits from a diverse staff team with a range of experiences and interests. We have a team of Pupil Support Assistants, 7 class teachers and a visiting PE teacher. The school is well supported by a Business Manager, a School Administrator and a Service Support Officer. Initially (until June 2021), it is anticipated that the successful candidate will work in the early years however the qualities and expertise the successful candidate brings will also be taken into consideration.

Salaries will be in accordance with the Scheme of Salaries and Conditions of Service for Teaching Staff in School Education.
