Experience of assisting with contract administration and project management, including preparation of drawings and specifications for maintenance contracts and other similar works contracts utilising bills of quantities, schedule of rates, works orders and tenders;
Experience of assessing tender returns;
Experience of site supervision and control/management of contracts, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation, NRSWA, the Departmental Quality Management System and all other relevant specifications and legislation;
Experience of undertaking on-site measurements, surveys, setting out and any associated preliminary investigations;
Experience of preparing technical drawings/plans using bespoke IT packages (AutoCAD);
Experience of liaising, consulting and engaging with other sections/Departments, statutory undertakers, landowners and other stakeholders involved in or affected by a project;
Experience in preparing professional reports for both technical and non-technical readers.
