Developing English language skills for local residents, with targeted provision at the most vulnerable within the community. Developing partnership working with other agencies to initiate and deliver learning opportunities for community members who use English as a second language, ensuring learning opportunities are empowering, educative and participative; reflecting equal opportunities principles' and practice.
With partners and colleagues develop, implement and promote all aspects of community integration, community engagement.
This position is a Temporary/Fixed Term contract for 3 years from the start date of the successful candidate.
This post is considered regulated work with children and/or protected adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Clackmannanshire Council.
