As HR Business Partner you will have responsibility for the provision of a professional and effective HR advice service, ensuring service delivery is consistent, proactive and reflects the Councils HR Strategy. You will be a Graduate/Associate member of CIPD. This role will support the People directorate, which comprises Education, and Social Services, with a particular emphasis on Social Services.
