Requirements

This exciting role within Alloa Academy will require a highly motivated person who can lead and manage teachers, learning assistants and work with multi-disciplinary partners to develop build an excellent learning environment for children who have severe and complex additional support needs. 

The appointee will be required to articulate and execute vision for the department within the whole school vision of Alloa Academy and have well established management and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be required to work closely with children and families from both Alloa Academy and Lochies Specialist Primary to ensure Alloa Academy and Clackmannanshire Council deliver a high level service for young people with sever and complex additional support needs aged 3-18.  

Following a School Review on the faculty of EASN in 2018, the successful applicant would aim to build upon the review feedback. This role requires a strong leader to develop the curriculum and build relationships amongst pupils and staff alike
