As a member of the Housing and Community Safety team, the Post Holder will work collaboratively with other staff to support overall strategic and operational delivery of Project Management and Property Maintenance ensuring that the services provided are fit for purpose.
The Post Holder will provide direction and effective management of the projects and maintenance services fostering and encouraging a culture of high quality customer service, corporate working, continuous improvement and innovation.
The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the Housing Investment & Planning Team whose key functions include:
- Delivery of Council priorities as set in the Corporate Plan & Business Plan
- In conjunction with the Service Manager and Team Leader , the delivery, development and direction of services within the remit to provide a seamless high quality response to deliver projects efficiently and effectively
- Creating and sustaining effective partnerships with other agencies.
- Contributing to the corporate development of the Council.
The Post Holder, is responsible to the Team Leader for Planned Works and Compliance based at Kelliebank, Alloa .
