Job Description

Please note this position is initially temporary for 18 months with service review being undertake.

 

As a member of the Property and Housing Team, the Post Holder will work collaboratively with other staff to support overall strategic and operational delivery of Project Management and Asset Management ensuring that the services provided are fit for purpose.

The Post Holder will provide direction and effective management of the projects and maintenance services fostering and encouraging a culture of high quality customer service, corporate working, continuous improvement and innovation.

The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the HRA Planned Works and Compliance whose key functions include:

Delivery of Council priorities as set in the Corporate Plan & Business Plan

In conjunction with the Service Manager and Team Leader , the delivery, development and direction of services within the remit to provide a seamless high quality response to deliver projects efficiently and effectively

Creating and sustaining effective partnerships with other agencies.

Contributing to the corporate development of the Council.

The Post Holder is responsible to the Team Leader for Planned Works and Compliance based at Kelliebank Alloa.
