To work as a member of the Adult Day Services staff team in the provision of an effective, flexible and responsive day service which meets the assessed needs of service users.
To contribute to a person centred approach to service delivery for individuals which empowers people to make changes in their lives, achieve their goals and live the life they want.
Contribute to the provision of a flexible service which provides a diverse range of activities including work, education, social interaction, rehabilitation and recreation.
To promote inclusion and community participation.
To actively participate in the development and delivery of a high quality of service in accordance with Clackmannanshire Council's Core Values, National Care Standards and ISO 9001 : 2008 quality standards.
This post is considered regulated work with children and/or protected adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Clackmannanshire Council.
