Job Description
This job offers the post holder an exciting opportunity to help tackle money and fuel poverty issues within Clackmannanshire and in the process to develop their own personal skills to allow further career development. It is suited for persons who have a successful background in tackling personal debt, who have experience in managing a small dynamic team and who enjoy providing new solutions to debt challenges
As the senior officer you will directly line manage our Home Energy and Environmental advice team (HEEAT) and have your own portfolio of customers and projects.You will oversee client relationships and ensuring delivery success. You will also lead on external and internal communications for the HEEAT including managing our social media sites, website and creative promotional outputs. Additionally, there will be opportunity to contribute to continuous development and improvement of the programme. In this role you will have a pivotal role in our energy poverty policy. Your focus will be ensuring the HEEAT is responsive in the face of the energy crisis and you will raise awareness of fuel poverty faced by our customers, advocating for change at a national level.
