Clackmannanshire Council has recently restructured its children’s services, creating new teams with ambitious plans, utilising new approaches to working with children and their families that will make real differences to improving children's lives.
A number of varied social work roles and opportunities now exist as a result of our newly formed structure. Opportunities are available within our Care Management, Intensive Support Service and Corporate Parenting Services including Fostering & Adoption.
The service is committed to work in a multi agency manner to improve outcomes for children and young people, with a significant emphasis on an effective and early intervention approach.
Partnership working and team thinking will be crucial to the success of this service and the partner wide whole system approach.
It's about 'thinking differently' and 'doing differently' to achieve better outcomes for our children and young people.
