Working between two Council owned caravan sites you will be responsible for the supervision of a small team of caravan wardens within two sites and ensure that visitors to the site receive the highest standard of service in keeping with the EEI – EnterprisingDG policy.
You will be responsible for health & safety, reception and customer liaison duties; caretaking encompassing ground work, gardening and general maintenance repairs and cleaning duties.
Experience of working with the public is essential as are good communication skills, customer care, numerical skills and cash handling.
Candidate must have experience in working in camping and/or caravan sites, working with the public and cash handling.
Candidate must be a good communicator and be able to work on their own initiative as well as leading a small team.
This post will be working 5 over 7 days on a rota basis and will include evening and weekend work.
A current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post. However, if you have a disability which precludes you from holding a driving licence consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged.
