The Health and Social Care Partnership are looking for a Contracts Coordinator to work as part of the Contracts Team within Strategic Planning, Commissioning and Performance. The role will support the Contracts Manager and Commissioning Managers in developing and maintaining up to date financial and contract related information for commissioned services, including reviewing and monitoring existing services, working with service providers and developing effective working relationships with all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be qualified to minimum of SVQ Level 2 and should have experience in social care or a related field. They will be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal professionally and sensitively with a wide range of individuals, organisations and Commissioning partners. They will be able to maintain and review records and information accurately for contract monitoring purposes.

The post holder will be required to be a confident, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload and work as part of a team. They will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and be responsible for meeting and monitoring deadlines.

A current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post. However, if you have a disability which precludes you from holding a driving licence consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged.
