Job Description

Based within Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership you will work full time, 37 hours per week.

Where the successful candidate is a current employee of a local authority, the post will be offered under the terms and conditions of Dundee City Council. Where the successful candidate is a current employee of an NHS employer the post will be offered under the terms and conditions of NHS Tayside. In the event that the successful candidate is not currently employed by a local authority or NHS employer, they will be given the choice of who will be the appropriate employer.

Requirements

You will be CCAB Part Qualified Accountant, or have relevant accountancy qualification.

Responsibilities

In accordance with standards laid down via the Chief Finance Officer, participate and assist in the provision of day to day operational financial support and advice to Dundee Health & Social Care Partnership. Assist in the collection, maintenance and interpretation of information required for the development financial advice and analysis to be submitted to Dundee Integration Joint Board.

The Individual

You will have an understanding of Revenue Budget Process and have experience of the analysis of financial data. You will also have experience of final accounts.

You will be adaptable to change and have the ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.

You will have PC, communication and problem solving skills.
