Requirements

You will have ONC or City and Guilds, Mechanical Installation qualification or equivalent. You will have good knowledge of Gas Supply Regulations.

Responsibilities

You will represent the Senior Building Services Technician (Mechanical) on all Projects, emanating from City Development, Building Surveying Services, to ensure compliance with design specifications, material and workmanship standards and CDM compliance.

The Individual

You will have experience as a Services Clerk of Works and/or served a recognised apprenticeship with extensive knowledge of Mechanical Services Installations and systems.

You will have the ability to use computer software packages including word and excel and ability to provide problem solving advice and you will have the ability to act with authority and discretion.

You will be a good communicator and team player, be flexible, reliable and self-motivated. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and be willing to develop new skills and accept change.

You will be willing to work authorised overtime and undertake call-out duties and have the ability to undertake site visits and surveys, including working at height, confined spaces, etc.

You will have a current driving licence.
