You will work full time, 37 hours per week, based between Dundee House and City Square. This post is temporary for 2 years.
You will be educated to diploma level in a relevant subject area, or have significant work experience in a relevant field/project environment.
You will work collaboratively on wide scale improvement projects across the Council. You will work within a small professional team and be responsible for analysing and evaluating numerous processes, services and data sets provided by the Council, seeking efficiencies in ways of working which will feed into wider project plans and key project and Council objectives.
You will have experience of formal project management techniques, analysing large quantities of data and complex processes and of delivering complex projects on time, to budget and to quality. You must have the ability to communicate effectively through a variety of methods including oral and written and the ability to produce well written reports. You will be a team player who is solution focussed with a recognition of business constraints, and operational objectives. You will have IT skills, including experience of Microsoft packages. You will be flexible and proactive, with attention to detail and accuracy, highly motivated and able to use your own initiative.
