Based at Ardler Complex and Library, you will work full time, 37 hours per week, temporary until 30 September 2021.
Secondments will be considered. Line Manager approval should be sought prior to applying for secondment.
You will have a degree/diploma/post graduate professional qualification in Community Learning & Development, or other relevant professional qualification linked to working with Communities & Project Management.
To promote and develop Ardler Village Trust in line with its charitable objectives, providing opportunities for the Ardler community under the direction of the Ardler Village Trust’s Board and to comply with the responsibilities of the relevant regulatory bodies and key funders.
You will have proven experience of working with voluntary bodies and committees, partnership working with public, private, voluntary and statutory agencies and of working with community groups and delivering community based projects.
You will have experience of work planning, producing reports, developing project plans and of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
You will have a working knowledge of relevant regulations, particularly in relation to charity law and funder requirements.
You will have proven experience of managing staff/volunteers, have effective communication, ICT and social media skills and be able to take direction, work from own initiative and organise you workload.
You must able to work evenings and occasional weekends as required.
