Based at Dundee House you will work full time, 37 hours per week.

Requirements

You will have an HNC/SVQ3 in a business related field or equivalent work related experience.

Responsibilities

You will ensure the provision of a high quality confidential, proactive, organised and efficient personal and team secretarial support service, including typing, research, compiling responses, electronic scanning and filing, mailing, reprography services, reception service to the Executive Director/Chief Officer and other allocated members of the departmental management team. You will work co-operatively with secretary colleagues based in other locations.

The Individual

You will have experience of working in a multi-tasking, computerised, customer services environment along with experience of supporting senior/managers.

You will have written and oral communications skills, the ability to work with people and as part of a team. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative, have time management skills and be able to cope with change.

You will be willing to work extended hours as required and to contribute to the wider section priorities.
