Based at the Oakland Centre, you will work part time, 30 hours per week, working split shifts, on a rota basis including weekend working.
The salary advertised is inclusive of a supplement to ensure you are paid a minimum of the Scottish Local Government Living Wage which is £9.34 per hour.
You will have 3 National 4s, or equivalent.
You will have individual responsibility, in accordance with the practices and procedures of the local authority, for clients whilst transporting them to social services and educational establishments (for example, day centres, luncheon clubs, training centres).
You will have a full current driving licence, including D1 category, and driving experience.
You will have experience of working with people, good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. You will be flexible, willing to learn and to undertake appropriate training.
You will have the ability to work weekends and split shifts.
