Leisure & Culture Dundee is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) SC042421. It was established by Dundee City Council in July 2011 to deliver leisure, sports, library, information and cultural services for the city.
You will work 37 hours per week, based within Shore Terrace.
Satisfactory response from Disclosure Scotland is required.
You will be educated to degree standard or equivalent in a related subject or have extensive work place/relevant experience.
You will be responsible for provision of an effective and efficient Property liaison service between the organisation, its building managers and Dundee City Council in respect of all planned and unplanned repairs and capital projects, co-ordination, development and implementation of the organisations ICT requirements (including computing, telephony, printing etc.), and responsible for other support functions, such as complaints handling, procurement and transport.
You will have previous experience within a dynamic support service function, working within a multi-disciplined team, having a sound knowledge of computerised business systems.
You will also have experience of managing projects and delivering these on time and have the ability to manage conflicting workloads, demands and priorities.. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and in written form with excellent interpersonal skills to allow networking and negotiation.
You should be an enthusiastic, assertive, flexible individual with excellent organisational skills. Be able to work as part of a team and to lead and motivate a team. You will be committed to undertaking personal training and development.
