Based in Dundee House, you will work full time, 37 hours per week, temporary until 31 December 2022 in the first instance.

You will have SCQF Level 6 or above (eg Higher / Advanced Higher / SVQ Level 3 / Higher National Certificate (HNC)). Equivalent work experience may be considered.
To provide day to day support in the management of the Employability Pathway programme. Support senior colleagues to monitor the performance and compliance of delivery partners ensuring compliance with proposal forms, partnership agreements, pathway guidance and European Structural Fund regulations.
You will have experience of administering a high volume of electronic and hardcopy records and in the use of management information systems and databases. You will also have experience of statistical reporting using management information and of providing a good customer service.
Good computer literacy, numeracy, organisational and oral and written communication skills are required.
You will be a team player who can form good working relationships, with the ability to work with minimal supervision with a high attention to detail. You will be able to prioritise conflicting demands and work quickly and accurately under pressure.
