Job Description
Based at either Marchbanks or Baldovie depots, your will work full time, 37 hours per week, temporary until 3 December 2021.
Requirements
You must have basic numeric and reading/writing skills.
Responsibilities
You will undertake, usually as a member of a team, duties connected with the removal of household, industrial and commercial refuse from a variety of locations.
The Individual
You will have manual handling skills and the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
You will have an awareness of Health and Safety issues related to refuse collection and the ability to follow instructions.
You will be able to cover reasonable distances on foot (up to 5 miles per day) and to deal politely and courteously with members of the public.
You should be willing to undergo training and be adaptable to meet the requirements of the job.
You must have a current driving licence.
