Leisure & Culture Dundee is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) SC042421. It was established by Dundee City Council in July 2011 to deliver leisure, sports, library, information and cultural services for the city.

This job is part of a small team within the café and bar kitchen area of Dundee Ice Arena, working 37 hours per week. Your main aim will be to offer excellent customer service for all customers, keep high levels of food and hygiene standards and to work closely with the Duty Managers and other team members.

 

Requirements

You must have 3 National 4 qualification passes or equivalent including Maths.

Responsibilities

The purpose of this job is to ensure that the café standards are kept to the required level, to ensure staff are courteously and friendly to all the customers and that all working areas are maintained to a high degree of cleanliness.

The Individual

You will have food hygiene and catering experience.

You will have the ability to work independently and with your own initiative. You must have excellent communication, numeracy and cash handling skills.
