Job Purpose

The Head of Operational Services will lead the delivery of the highest quality professional services, driving change, challenging the status quo and empowering the design and delivery of innovative, modern and sustainable services. These services will be underpinned by a desire for continuous improvement in everything that we do, striving to not just to achieve the expectations of East Ayrshire Leisure but to exceed all expectations and in doing so promote and recognise the importance of people in delivering our vision values.

Rate of Pay

Rate of Pay = £55,765 - £60,060 per year

Hours of Work:
Mon to Thur:- 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday:- 9:00am - 4:00pm

The workstyle for the post is “Flexible” 50-70% of time is office based. The post holder is able to work at different/multiple work locations, including working from home and travelling directly from home to external appointments approximately 1-2 days per week.
