East Ayrshire Leisure Trust is going through a period of significant organisational and cultural change. The Interim Head of Operations will be required to develop Operational Services that are modern and responsive to local, regional and national demands. At interview you will be asked to demonstrate through presentation what skills and experience you have to manage people and organisational change and how you would apply East Ayrshire Leisure’s Vision, Mission and Values within this role.
Interviews will take place on 15th December 2021.

Mon – Thurs 9am – 5pm
Fri – 9am – 4pm
This is a temporary contract for one year from date of appointment.
