“East Ayrshire Leisure Out & About”, is a new and massively exciting project funded by the UK Government, through the UK Community Renewal Fund. The project will be delivered between January and August 2022. The funding will allow East Ayrshire Leisure Trust to deliver Leisure to the Heart of Every Community through 4 mobile units.
The successful candidate will be employed on the ‘Activity on the Go’ Bus. This bus will offer supported fitness, sporting activities and coaching for both individuals and groups, through access to a range of equipment and expertise. The Trust currently offers lifestyle activities through 7 of its venues, with only 3 within the most vulnerable communities across East Ayrshire. The ‘Activity on the Go’ Bus will extend this offer by supporting EAC’s CHIP van and primary care providers in every community throughout East Ayrshire.
Rate of Pay
Rate of Pay - £10.34 per hour
35 hours per week to be worked according to the needs of the service, with an element of weekend and evening work required.
This is a temporary position until 31st August 2022.
