Job Description

To provide efficient clerical and administration support to the Facilities & Property Management Service in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council’s key objectives in relation to those identified within the Facilities & Property Management Service Plan and the Community Plan.

This is a full time temporary post, until March 2021, based at The Opera House, Kilmarnock.

The hours of work are 35 hours per week to be worked as follows;

Monday - Thursday                  9.00 am - 5.00 pm

Friday                                          9.00 am - 4.00 pm

The salary for this post is £16,999 - £18,546
