Develop a strategic approach to Engagement and Inclusion including use of technologies and a programme of Process Redesign to support services within Communities & Economy as part of their Service Redesign. Further develop the Inclusion Ambassadors programme, creating a culture of innovation, harnessing the skills and talents of employees. To achieve best value, deliver an efficient, sustainable, safe and customer focussed service in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within Service Plans across Communities & Economy, Transformation Strategy and the Community Plan.

The workstyle for this post is ‘Mobile’ - 20-49% of time is office based. Able to work at home, or another location, or travel directly from home to other locations and client visits out in the field.
