We are looking for an organised individual to join a new project team for a period of 2 years. The ability to pick up new information quickly will be key and a competent user of common IT products such as Micosoft Excel and Word.  The suitable candidates will be innovative and forward thinking with the personal resilience and drive to see projects through to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a project that will shape and improve processes in all aspects of purchase to pay.

Home Working Consideration
Although usually office based, this post may be considered for a homeworking contract (either fully or on an ad hoc basis) in accordance with East Lothian Council’s Home Working and Worksmart Policies, and the requirements of the service.

Job Details

To provide systems administration support, and assist with the development of the Council’s corporate finance systems and interfaces including; Great Plains, PECOS and Purchase Cards

Relevant Qualifications
Educated to Higher level, NC or SVQ level 2 and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge/skills and competencies gained through relevant experience
