Job Details

To manage the development and operational delivery of Planning Delivery services, maximising efficiency of service delivery within specific standards and approved budgets and in accordance with the Council’s obligations as the local Planning Authority, legal and statutory obligations and its policies and plans with a commitment to achieve best value.

Job Requirements

Relevant Qualifications
Essential: Honours degree or diploma in Town Planning or equivalent and Membership of Royal Town Planning Institute, and be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through previous experience.

Driving Licence 
As the duties of this role require you to effectively travel to successfully undertake the full remit of the role, you must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle.*
