We have recently redesigned our services with a strong locality focus, as Eastwood Locality Manager, you will lead and shape our locality planning and service delivery. Operating from our award winning Eastwood Health and Care Centre, you will benefit from a fully integrated facility that supports partnership working with local GPs, providers and community organisations. This is an exciting time for us and we are looking for an energetic, compassionate, creative senior manager who has the right values, experience and leadership to help navigate our course in the next stage of our improvement journey.

We are looking for an experienced Locality Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in public services, either within the NHS or Local Government. Internal NHS applicants would be appointed on NHS Terms and Conditions. Internal applicants from East Renfrewshire Council would be appointed on Council Terms and Conditions. External applicants will be given the choice of terms and conditions.

This post will require registration with either Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) or Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).
