We are looking for someone to play a key role in meeting the housing and resettlement needs of the families, providing them with practical assistance and housing support. The post holder will also work with other key services to ensure that the wider needs of the refugee families are met. Previous experience of working directly with refugees, asylum seekers or other vulnerable client groups in a housing context is required as well as of working in a multiagency environment. You must also have the ability to deal sensitively and confidently with people at all levels and have excellent communication skills. An ability to speak and write in Arabic would be an advantage.
