East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership has undergone a makeover that is delivering promising results nationally for their very unique and talented children and young people.  Our journey started with relationships and we will continue to build upon this by ensuring that our children and young people are the drivers to their own destinations.

Our Youth Intensive Service has been short listed for two national awards, a testimony to the vision and creativity of our staff. Our Community Social Work team are at the forefront of implementing system and culture change that supports early and effective decision-making for our most vulnerable children and their families.

We are seeking someone exceptional like our children and young people.

Are you a leader of the future?

Can you embrace change and encourage collaboration within the context of integrated arrangements for children and their families?

Can you lead and deliver on our aspirations to be sector leading in improving life chances for our children and young people?

If you can answer yes to all of our three challenging questions, please apply!

It is essential that you are a qualified, registered social worker holding CQSW, Dip SW or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be required to be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
