This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced learning/organisational development professional to work with the Organisational Development Team to really make a difference and help shape effective employee engagement practices and cultural change within the Council. You will also work with colleagues to implement/extend an Employee Engagement and Continuous Improvement Tool to employees across the Council and to implement a process to carry out regular pulse surveys. You will support managers to carry out effective team meetings/action planning and team building sessions to build effective and high performing teams.

As a role model you will bring energy and positivity to the role and you have a passion for coaching and supporting managers and developing people to achieve continuous improvement. You will already have a strong professional network and enjoy building relationships with different groups of people.
