An exciting opportunity has arisen for an established HR professional to work within the HR Business Partner Team on a fixed term basis to support a period of increased demand in service delivery over the next 20 months.  

 We are looking for a chartered member of CIPD to be part of our client-facing team supporting either the Environment, Business Operations and Partnerships and Chief Executive’s Department or, the Health and Social Care Partnership

This is a key role in our HR team supporting managers and departments providing advice and support across the full spectrum of HR matters, alongside organisational change, transformation and service reviews.

Consideration would be given to anyone wishing to undertake a secondment from partnership organisations such as but not limited to local government, leisure trusts and the NHS.  

Please note that Chartered Membership of the CIPD is essential and applicants without this will not be shortlisted.
