We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with good team working skills to join our small but busy clerical /administrative team based at the Trust’s central office in Falkirk Stadium.
The post principally involves clerical work for the Business Development and Sport & Leisure teams in addition to general administration for the Trust as a whole. Duties include: word processing, maintenance of databases and spread sheets, financial ordering and processing of invoices for payment. Responsibilities also include responding to enquiries (mainly telephone and email) and assisting with reception duties, along with maintaining filing systems and other general clerical duties.
You will have excellent Microsoft Office and data entry skills and be able to demonstrate accuracy in inputting data and have a flexible approach to work. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you will be required to provide first class service to the general public and suppliers as well as colleagues and managers across the organisation.
A good standard of education including certification in administration, literacy and numeracy and/or relevant experience are essential.
The hours of work are 37 hours per week, to be worked Monday-Friday office hours, however job share/flexible working applications may be considered (provided you have availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week preferably including Thursday & Friday).
This posi is temporary until April 2019 to cover maternity leave.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Basic Disclosure check.
